Local Rule 4008-1 requires adherence to the Guidelines for Filing A Reaffirmation Agreement in the Southern District of New York and requires that all reaffirmation agreements must be filed with a completed Official Form 427 "Reaffirmation Cover Sheet".

Please Note: Security Agreements must be attached to all reaffirmation agreements filed with the Court.
