CM/ECF Training Class
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York announces the return of CM/ECF Training Classes for both in-person and remote learning. Training will consist of an introduction to CM/ECF, instruction on correct event code use, e-filing best practices, and local rule compliance. Classes are conducted quarterly and are 2 hours in length. Classes are interactive; attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants are encouraged to participate. Course materials will be provided prior to class.
The next class will be on December 12, 2023, at 10:30AM and will focus on individual debtor bankruptcy and creditor filings.

Register for CM/ECF Training Class
Register ahead of time for a CM/ECF training password with Pacer to follow along in class. You may use your Pacer credentials to practice working in New York Southern Bankruptcy Court’s test CM/ECF server. Password applications submitted the same day of class may not be processed by the start of class.
Please test your training password and access to the training database prior to the start of class.
