CM/ECF Training Class
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York announces the return of CM/ECF Training Classes for both in-person and remote learning. Training will consist of an introduction to CM/ECF, instruction on correct event code use, e-filing best practices, and local rule compliance. Classes are conducted quarterly and are 2 hours in length. Classes are interactive; attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants are encouraged to participate. Course materials will be provided prior to class.
The next class will be on August 22, 2023, at 10:30AM and will focus on individual and business debtor bankruptcies.

Register for CM/ECF Training Class
Register ahead of time for a CM/ECF training password with Pacer to follow along in class. You may use your Pacer credentials to practice working in New York Southern Bankruptcy Court’s test CM/ECF server.
