You will be asked to select a bankruptcy court district, press #68 or say New York Southern. Press 1 for instructions, press 2 to search by case number, press 3 to search by a participant's name, or press 4 to search by a debtor’s social security or tax ID number.

ECF-PACER Database

For cases filed after March 2000 or still pending on March 2000, docket information and all documents are at available http://ecf.nysb.uscourts.gov. A PACER account is required.

PACER ARCHIVE Database

For cases closed prior to March 2000, docket information is available at http://ecf-closed.nysb.uscourts.gov. A PACER account is required.

Free access to all databases above is available for free at all 3 Court locations. Cases filed prior to 1992 may not be available electronically. Hard copies of all case documents may be requested at any Court location.
