In addition to the changes to the bankruptcy forms, Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1007 and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 1, 4, 16, 26, 30, 31, 33, 34, 37 and 55 have been amended and are scheduled to be effective on December 1, 2015.
