At its September 2016 session, the Judicial Conference of the United States approved inflationary adjustments to fees on the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule, effective December 1, 2016. The Fee Schedule will be updated on the Court's website as of December 1, 2016. See attachment for the revised Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule.
