Amended Prepackaged Chapter 11 Case Guidelines

To provide bankruptcy practitioners with updated guidelines applicable to prepackaged chapter 11 cases, the Board of Judges is proposing amended Prepackaged Chapter 11 Case Guidelines. The proposed guidelines are available here.

Please provide any comments with respect to the proposed guidelines by January 11, 2024 to guidelines@nysb.uscourts.gov. The proposed guidelines will not become effective until adopted by the Board of Judges.
