Adoption of Amended Procedural Guidelines

For Prepackaged Chapter 11 Cases

To provide bankruptcy practitioners with updated guidelines applicable to prepackaged chapter 11 cases, and following notice and opportunity for public comment, the Board of Judges has amended the Court’s Procedural Guidelines for Prepackaged Chapter 11 Cases.  The amended guidelines apply to prepackaged chapter 11 cases filed on or after February 1, 2024 and include updated information on what to include in prepack scheduling motions, timely submission of papers, guidance on first day orders, and guidance on “rapid” prepackaged chapter 11 cases.  The amended guidelines are available here.
