Written Opinion: Order with Memorandum signed on 6/4/2007 that Funds Held in the Maryland Court Are Not Property of Estate; William R. Robbins did not violate the automatic stay and the automatic stay is vacated nunc pro tunc to the filing date of the bankruptcy petition; Thomas' motion for contempt and sanctions against Robbins is denied; and this case is hereby dismissed with prejudice and debtor is prohibited from filing another bankruptcy petition in any court for one year from June 4,2007 without first obtaining leave from this Court.
