General Order M-625 Coronavirus/COVID-19 Pandemic Restrictions on Entry into Courthouse
Court Hearings
Effective May 24, 2023, the Judicial Conference of the United States determined that emergency conditions with respect to COVID-19 no longer materially affect the functioning of the federal courts. Some hearings are still being conducted remotely, in accordance with the Judicial Conference’s remote broadcast policy. Remote hearings are held using approved audio or videoconferencing platforms, such as Zoom for Government or CourtSolutions. Further information regarding the manner in which Judges conduct hearings may be found in their respective Chamber’s Rules.
