            This rule was abrogated in 2013.  The procedures for extending the time to object to the debtor’s discharge are governed by Bankruptcy Rule 4004(b).  The rights of a creditor that had not been scheduled in time to file a timely objection to discharge, or a timely motion to extend the time to file an objection to discharge, are matters governed by substantive law.
