Be advised that Chief Judge Cecelia G. Morris will preside over Manhattan Chapter 13 cases effective immediately. Manhattan Chapter 13 hearings will now be held in Courtroom 621 at the Bowling Green Courthouse. The next Manhattan Chapter 13 Calendar will be held on June 1st, 2017. 

 

Electronic submission of proposed orders to Chief Judge Morris' chambers will now be required. Included are links to E-Order procedures for chambers as well as a general E-Orders tutorial.
