Be advised that the Honorable Sean H. Lane will preside over White Plains Chapter 13 cases effective immediately. White Plains Chapter 13 hearings will continue to be held in Courtroom 164 located on the first floor of the White Plains Courthouse. The next Chapter 13 Calendar in White Plains will be held on May 8th, 2019.
