Chrysler and General Motors Cases Moved to Main ECF Server

When the Chrysler and General Motors cases were filed in 2009, both cases, along with their respective related cases and adversary proceedings, were placed on a separate ECF server. This separate ECF server is now phased out. Therefore, all of the dockets and their attached documents in both of the cases (as well as all respective related cases and adversary proceedings) are now available on the main ECF server (https://ecf.nysb.uscourts.gov), and anyone wishing to file electronically in either case can do so.

With regard to the above, please note the following:

1. Please note that any links or email notifications created prior to October 18, 2012, will no longer work.
2. Anyone who has filed in either or both of the Chrysler and General Motors cases (or in any related cases or adversary proceedings) should check their logins and passwords on the main ECF server and, once checked, should log onto the main ECF server and check their User Profile in Utilities to make sure that all information (street address, email address, etc.) is current and accurate.
