Resumption of Normal Hours of Operation for
Clerk’s Office Public Intake Counter
Effective Tuesday, March 1, 2022, the public intake counters of all three divisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York will resume normal hours of operation and be open to the public between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. every weekday excluding federal holidays. All courthouse visitors must continue to abide by the Court’s COVID-19 protocol which currently includes wearing an N95, KN95 or KF94 mask, taking a screening questionnaire, and following all instructional signage and markings relating to social distancing and elevator capacity.
