Rule 9021-1

ENTRY OF ORDERS, JUDGMENTS, AND DECREES – Amended [December 1, 2009]

The Clerk shall enter all orders, decrees, and judgments of the Court in the electronic filing system, which shall constitute docketing of the order, decree, or judgment for all purposes. The Clerk's notation on the appropriate docket of an order, judgment, or decree shall constitute the entry of the order, judgment, or decree.

 

Comment

This rule is derived from Former Local Bankruptcy Rule 19(a) and is an adaptation of Civil Rule 6.2 of the Local District Rules. This rule supplements Bankruptcy Rule 9021, which provides that a judgment or order is effective when entered under Rule 5003.
