Rule 5078-1

PAYMENT OF FEES

Unless the Court orders otherwise, the Clerk shall not be required to render any service for which a fee is prescribed by statute or the Judicial Conference of the United States unless the fee is paid in advance.

 

Comment

This rule is derived from Former Local Bankruptcy Rule 10 and is an adaptation of Civil Rule 1.7 of the Local District Rules. An application for permission to make installment payments may be filed pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 1006(b).
