AUTOMATIC EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE COMPLAINT TO
DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY OF A DEBT IN EVENT OF AMENDMENT
Unless the Court orders otherwise, if the schedules are amended to add a creditor,
and the amendment is filed and served either (i) less than 60 days prior to the expiration of the
time set forth in Bankruptcy Rule 4007 for the filing of a complaint to obtain a determination of
the dischargeability of any debt, or (ii) at any time after such filing deadline, the deadline for the
filing of a complaint with respect to a claim of such creditor shall be 60 days from the date of
service of the amendment upon such creditor.
