MODIFICATION OF CHAPTER 13 PLAN BEFORE CONFIRMATION
If the debtor seeks to modify a chapter 13 plan prior to confirmation, the debtor
shall serve a copy of the modified plan on the chapter 13 trustee, the United States Trustee, and
such creditors as the Court may direct.
