Effective April 1, 2005, all chapter 13 matters in the Manhattan Division will be heard in the
United States Bankruptcy Court, SDNY, One Bowling Green, Courtroom 610-2, New York, NY 10004-1408.

Also, all other matters previously assigned to former Judge Cornelius Blackshear have been reassigned to other USBC, SDNY judges. For cases affected by such reassignment, please refer to the case docket for the name of the newly assigned judge. |
